We were able to install the Loft in 45min and get out of there before she got back so we weren't in her way. The prices are reasonable, Tom's a reliable communicator, he'll make it custom to your space and even put it together for you for a small fee. It's also a local, family owned business so the beds aren't wobbly or cheaply made. The brothers that showed up to assemble it were also very nice, professional and picked on each other like brothers, which made for good entertainment. The lofts are made of solid pine and they'll stain it for you too if you so desire. It took about 8 days for me to receive it after paying them on PayPal. I also asked them to make a bookcase for me to cover part of a tacky mirrored door and it fit perfectly.
