WoodenLofts.com Warranty

WoodenLofts.com warranties its products for 1 year from the date of your receipt of merchandise. During this time we will repair or replace defective kit components that we consider defective due to materials or workmanship. We will not replace kit components due to user misuse, modification or improper installation. In the event that kit components are damaged due to user misuse, modification or improper installation, WoodenLofts.com will replace kit components upon owners request and expense.

Components that are warped, damaged or missing during delivery/pick-up will be replaced by WoodenLofts.com at no charge to the customer. In some cases to expedite this process we may ask the customer to purchase the replacement components locally and you will be reimbursed for actual replacement costs.
